Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY A2DK Agro Commodities Private Limited
Order Processing Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we begin processing it for dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Since our products (vanilla and cocoa/chocolate items) are natural food goods, orders are packed with care to preserve freshness and quality during transit.
Shipping Partner All orders are shipped through Delhivery, our logistics partner for pan-India delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation with your LR/tracking number, which can be used to track your package directly on the Delhivery website or app.
Delivery Timelines Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and are estimated based on Delhivery's standard transit times. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing (for international orders, if applicable), or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Order Tracking You will be notified via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched, along with the Delhivery LR number for tracking. If you have any trouble tracking your order, please contact us at info@a2dkagrocommodities.com.
Damaged, Missing, or Short Shipments Please inspect your package upon receipt. If you notice any damage, missing items, or a short shipment, contact us immediately at info@a2dkagrocommodities.com with your order number and photos of the issue, so we can resolve it promptly.
Delivery Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
