Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy A2DK Agro Commodities Private Limited

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused, in its original, sealed packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at info@a2dkagrocommodities.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once a return is approved, items should be sent to: Plot No 33, H.No. 7-1-212/A/18, Shivbagh Colony, Begumpet, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500016

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, along with any applicable return shipping details.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@a2dkagrocommodities.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Because our products are natural food items, returns are only accepted for orders that are unopened, in original packaging, and reported within the 30-day window. Opened or used packages, custom or personalised orders, and sale items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific order.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@a2dkagrocommodities.com.
